Lilian Lace ivory bodice wedding dress - elegant and simple gow with a lovely filmy top layer, and with intricate eyelash lace on the bodice and capped sleeves. The bodice is high and with a round neck that is very flattering, and the lace comes down lower at the back. Wonderfully, you can wear almost any bra beneath it!!

For fastening, it's got a hidden zip at the back, plus a couple of hidden buttons. I needed a bridesmaid to assist with the buttons but the zip was actually fine to do myself.

I have kept it hung within the original bag and protective casing (having had it dry-cleaned!).

Personal notes: I really enjoyed wearing something elegant and simple; it isn't a 'fussy' dress but made me feel beautiful. The long skirts meant I could wear shapewear and summer sandals, but still walk and navigate the car/stairs without problems! As there is no train or a huge amount of material, there was no need for assistance on the toilet..!
