Neta Dover, Custom Made

You will feel transformed the moment you put on this handmade, haute couture wedding dress! It is a customized version of a dress in Neta Dover's 2019 Bridal Couture Preview collection. The dress is mostly tulle with a ball gown style and beautiful beaded accents that are a combination of (subtle) sequins and pearls. Beading also borders the v-neckline and waist (note: sheer tulle on the neckline ensures no 'slips'). I never thought I would wear a dress with sequins, but the dress isn't flashy -- it looks elegant and sophisticated on and has an ethereal shimmer at night. The dress has a beautiful, long train that is easily bustled up for dancing. Thanks to how light the tulle material is, you don't really notice the train once it has been bustled (and the bustle style is subtle/makes it difficult to tell there was a train). The first few photos in the gallery are the dress with the train, while the last two photos are the dress after it has been bustled. Note that I wore a nude slip skirt (purchases from the Gap) underneath the tulle skirt to ensure it couldn't be seen through in any lighting. The only wear-and-tear on the dress is if you look very closely, you might notice the loss of a sequin here or there (it really isn’t noticeable, but just in case, I will include extra sequins from material that was hemmed). I'm selling my wedding dress because it's just taking up room in my closet and someone else should have the chance to wear this gorgeous dress!
