Brand new sample but just no room for her in our store.
Can be brought in 1-2 sizes by professional seamstress.
Corset bodice has no stretch so can't be over those measurements, but the A line skirt allows for slightly bigger on the hip measurement without it affecting the dress.
We ship globally. But it is up to you to research and pay any import taxes due locally.
