Suzanne Neville, Bespoke

Purchased from the Suzanne Neville flagship store in Knightsbridge, London. I created this bespoke dress from the 2023 Opulence collection. Working with Suzanne Neville herself, we designed this gown with the Palace bodice and the ivory Bloomsbury A-Line skirt; we wanted to create a traditional A-line silhouette mixed with a touch of modern elegance.

The full skirt, which is crafted from luxurious Mikado silk, is beautifully refined and makes you truly feel like a princess, this is matched with an embellished bodice. The bodice of this dress is simply beautiful, it has been handsewn with delicate beaded embroidery, and the boning within the bodice gave me the perfect silhouette on the day and plenty of support too. I also added on a satin belt around the waistline to complete the silhouette. The back of the bodice has satin buttons, that add even more detail to this beautiful dress. The bodice is corsetted so you're able to tighten or loosen to fit your shape.

I absolutely adored wearing this dress, she was perfect! I should also add that in the evening the lights sparkled delicately against the bodice making it stunning in the photos! I have plenty of photos I can share if you would like to see more of the dress in different lights and how it moves.

There is a little tie at the bottom so for the evening when you want to dance you can either place the tie around your wrist to pull the train off the floor or you can tie it up underneath the dress and it gives the dress a beautiful waterfall of silk effect at the back.

I've had the dress dry cleaned by the renowned Terrington Burchett, the wedding dress drycleaning specialist. There are unfortunately marks around the bottom edge of the dress from where we had to walk through gardens for photos, I've had it confirmed that the dress can be taken up a few inches to remove these marks.
