This dress is brand new, tags on, and unworn, bought in a sale. I thought I had chosen the right size and just needed a hem alteration, but turns out I need waist and chest altered too. I don't have the funds to alter it to that degree, so I'd love to give it to someone as a clean slate for them to use! Given the dress was heavily discounted, I want to honour that with a low selling price.
