An Iconic and classic wedding dress - Eva Lendel Jess with overskirt - purchased and altered at Ellie Sanderson in Oxford.
Made from Mikado silk in a sheath cut, this dress allows a 2 in 1 style, and I have had a custom made waist belt to hide the attachments of the overskirt when wearing the dress alone. This also draws attention to the waistline and creates a nice silhouette, along with addressing one of the common issues with the overskirt where it slips or moves once you walk due to the weight. My dress and overskirt stayed in position throughout due to this adjustment.

The dress and overskirt have both been professionally dry cleaned by a wedding dress specialist and stored in the original Ellie Sanderson bag. The dress is in great condition with no damage.
The overskirt alone is £800 retail new - and the dress is made to order and shipped from the Ukraine meaning quite a significant lead time. I hope someone can get another use out of this beautiful dress and save themselves both the cost and the wait!

I also have a custom made Sassi Holdford Veil (also purchased at Ellie Sanderson) with a simple satin edge that matches the dress perfectly, and was made to measure to match the exact length of the train. Please ask if you would be interested in the veil too.

Alteration to the collar - standard for all Jess dress alterations
Custom made waist belt - this has poppers and covers where the overskirt attaches, allowing the dress to be worn without the overskirt and no loops showing
This also makes the overskirt sit properly "flush" to the waist and not slip or move when you wear it as it also attaches to the poppers (a common issue with this particular dress so I had this alteration specifically)
I am 5'3" tall and wore this dress with a 4.5" heel - hemmed to this height
The dress also has a bustle (shown in pictures 1 and 2)
