Nera by Ines Di Santo wedding dress. With a modified cowl back, this gown is a rouched, off the shoulder trumpet gown in the color Off White. I bought this piece at a Ines di Santo bridal retailer.

I paid $300 more for a 1" higher slit for the leg. The dress is unbelievably beautiful!!

My alterations never touched the beautiful waist of the dress so having the dress tailored to your waist would be the first time someone has touched the artistry of Ines di Santo! Open to negotiations.

Alterations

Most importantly the waist of the dress has never been altered so it would be like buying new to take in and tailor to you!! Alterations include: adding bra cups sewn in, adding french bustle, taking an inch off the hem line as to not drag with heels
Additionally my tailor removed the Ines di Santo tag because it would show through for photography
I'm 5'7" and wore 3" heels
