The original Cameron wings are not included but instead the Holly veil is, as shown in pictures. This combination made me feel like I was in a fairytale and was an absolute dream to wear! No alterations have been done at all, therefore it can be taken up or down a size. I found the sizing to be generous as I wear size 8 in general clothing , 8C /34C bra. The dress came with size A bra cups which I did not have to change and had plenty of room to add boomba invisible lift inserts. These are easily changeable.
