The style is Nerissa by Blue by Enzoani. It is in wonderful condition but does have small unnoticeable tears by one of the bustle and near the bottom of the train. Can’t see it due to how much tulle the dress has. Please also see below for details and alterations made.

The tulle mermaid skirt features a structured horsehair hem for that guaranteed perfect fluff and flare. The back bodice features illusion tulle and exposed boning for that chic edge.
