It is a BRAND NEW WITH TAGS UNALTERED dress in a size 12. The measurements listed are mine, not the dresses. Decided to go a more casual route, although I LOVE this dress. Sleeves are removable/optional.
The color is Ivory/Champagne and there is no sparkle in the tulle, video and 3rd pic are the actual color.
