Selling this never work, unaltered, stunning WTOO Cinda off the shoulder dress. I was going to work with a seamstress to wear as a cap sleeve (you can see in one of the photos). This dress was very comfy and light weight I contemplated wearing two dresses because I loved it so much! I ultimately decided to go in a different direction with more beading and long sleeves as I got married in April in Wisconsin.
