I absolutely loved this dress and since my original right size couldn't be ordered and make it in time for the wedding date, I purchased a size 6 and had it altered to a size 2-4 (it fits on me, but is the slightest on the looser side).

I think this will best fit someone who is a size 4, a little give as a size 2, and with some alterations can be as tight as you'd like for a size 0.
