This dress is 'Nerida' from Maggie Sottero's couture range 'Sottero and Midgley'. It's cottagecore in its style, with tulle fabric and a beautiful floaty train. The dress is corseted, with lovely puff sleeves that feel as light as air and a backless design. The fabric is absolutely stunning with delicate cherry blossoms against the pure white material. The back is button-up over the corset and there is a bustle stitched into the back. Perfect for someone looking for a more unique wedding dress that stands out from the normal whites and creams. Everyone was so incredibly complimentary of the dress and even my notoriously fussy mum had nothing critical to say about it.

I felt truly beautiful in it and I hope it can do the same for someone else!

Alterations

This dress is labelled as a size 10 but my seamstress took it in as I am a size 8 on top
I wore the corset on the tightest setting so there's definitely room for a larger size
I'm a 34B bra size and despite her taking in the cups there was still plenty of room, so it could definitely fit a C cup
She also brought the hem up at the front so it wouldn't trip me up when I walked on my five inch heels
Finally, she kindly added a bustle on the back which was a lifesaver on the big day
