The columnar silhouette is framed by a banded off-the-shoulder neckline that flows to a softly ruched bodice, the hint of a Basque waistline, and a ribbed skirt for fluted, floor-length fluidity. With a stretchy jersey off-the-shoulder bodysuit, the dress is topped off with a floaty plisse skirt that glides so beautifully.
