This is a brand new, never worn dress. It is bustier styling, with a dramatic front slit, a side-tie sash and mini floral brocade fabric. It is in excellent condition, with no alterations and tags still on. I decided to wear a fancier gown after I had already purchased this one, but it was too late to return for a refund and I didn't want store credit.
