This skirt comes with 2 points to bustle & a wrist loop. The bustle points are 1 lower for walking 1 mid thigh height I put in extra for our first dance so the bustle only just touches the ground.
My measurements: Waist 70cm, Hips 105cm, Height 168cm (I did not wear heels)
