Soft net ball gown skirt with grosgrain ribbon waistband, no train.
I wanted to feel like a ballerina princess all day and then be able to boogie at night, so I opted for a jumpsuit with this as an overskirt. All I had to do was run and hide for two seconds, drop the skirt, and I had a big costume change surprise moment! The skirt is definitely heavy, but it doesn't feel like it when you're wearing it. (Because there are so many layers to the skirt itself, I didn't need any petticoat situations.) I LOVED that the skirt was fairly understated when I was still, but any movement gave it so much shape and body!
Skirt has been dry cleaned and safely stored since wedding!
*Please note, the top I am wearing is a jumpsuit worn with this as an overskirt until the reception, when I took it off for dancing*
