Pretty budget dress with pockets. Perfect for tall plus size woman (I am six feet tall.) Satin with lace sleeves and lace at the hem. This does have a train, and it has not been bustled. Bare shoulder with long sleeves allowed me to cover insecurities with arms while not looking too stifling or conservative.
