Sweetheart neckline underneath lace overlay for more modest look. Fitted waist. V-neck in the back lined with daisy-design lace, pearl, and sequin. Modest-sized bow in back with pearl accents. Simple satin skirt with flare, basic hem (easily adjusted, and 1.5" extra so it can be lengthened), some built-in petticoat for volume, lace accents down center back seam, but won't make hemming difficult. No shoulder pads remain. Dress was dry-cleaned and preserved airtight after April 1996 wedding; only opened now to check label and size.
