Brand new. I bought it for my wedding but wore another dress in the end.
Elegant Wrap dress, with keyhole back. Heavy viscous material hangs beautifully, and it is incredibly comfortable. You can wear the tie as a bow at the front or back of the dress.
I am 5'6, size 6/8 and there is length in there for up to 5'10, you could easily adjust the length of skirt and arms.
