Steamers at the waist allow you to create a different neckline options as shown. I intended to just leave the streamers down for a complete strapless look. This dress has never been worn or altered, the only reason I went with a second dress is because it fitted my wedding theme better. The fit is perfect and very comfortable you will feel like an absolute princess in this dress!
