Loved this dress for my June wedding in Maine. Fit me perfectly with no alterations. It has a very cool lace top with lace incorporated on the rest of the dress. Beautiful buttons all the way down the back. Very cool halter-like neckline.
I think the only boob-help you could do would be tape but I opted for nothing. There is great boning in the front of the dress that kept the girls in place.
I had it professionally cleaned after the wedding and it looks just about new! 2 missing buttons at the very end of the train and the slightest darkening along the hem but almost imperceptible! (I have additional pics) - They did a great job.

Added a beautiful French bustle - that you can kind of see in the last pic with my husband but my bridesmaids didn’t quite pin it up right - looks especially nice when done properly!
The back lace straps were taken in by about an inch to avoid it bowing out (an issue I imagine most body-types would need corrected anyways!) Not hemmed or altered in any other way
