This was my nighttime dress that I changed in to after ceremony and reception - SUPER comfortable and I love this dress so much! it has a something like a "seatbelt strap" on the inside to help make sure it doesn't ride or fall but stays exactly in place, so it made dancing the night away super comfortable. Fits like a glove, and the spaghetti straps are removable - I kept them on for a just a little more comfort and lift. No bra required, not even stickies. The thick material is also like a corset so it sucked me right in and hid any bumps/rolls.
