The Beale Skirt by Halfpenny London. This is the perfect addition to your dress as you can create two-looks-in-one.
This skirt is a NEW sample and in amazing condition as it has never been worn and never been altered. It has very very tiny defects at the back of the skirt on the tulle but is not noticeable to the eye at all and doesn't affect the skirt in any way.

STANDARD HIPS: 39.5"
States size 12 but more of a UK size 10.
