I cannot express enough how this dress made me feel like a princess on my special day.
This is Vera Wang's Esther dress, part of the Iconic Collection. It is an illusion sweetheart soft A-line gown with multi-layered Chantilly lace appliqué, sheer tulle elbow-length sleeve with floating lace, and horsehair sash (not pictured because not worn -- but available with purchase).
With multiple settings for tightening on the interior belt, I felt comfortable throughout the whole night.
I knew I wanted to wear strapless from the moment I started my dress search, but I was very concerned with the fit. I had been to weddings where the bride is pulling up her dress all night. That could not have been less of the case with this. Once I put the gown on, it didn't move. It was comfortable all night long, and I was so sad when it was time to take it off!
