Waist, unworn, flat upon a surface: 15 inches across.
Bust, unworn, laying flat: 17 inches across - this is the measurement when unworn and flat upon a surface, though - the bust area is cut beautifully and is built to expand and hold your shape.

This is the version without train.
Inner bust support gives you an elegant shape while supporting you fully.

Excellent, unworn condition. Tried on but never worn.

The hem is beautifully multi-layered: featuring light tulle, raw-edged silk (meant to fray, not a flaw) and heavier silk to hold everything in place.
