Rylee tells a tale of whimsical elegance. With a skirt made of soft, cascading tulle and a delicate beaded bodice, she is extremely dainty and light in a way that seems not to be of this world. This dress has a deep V front and back with hand sewn beading wrapping the whole way around the bodice. It also has delicate removable tulle to be made in to bows on the shoulders.
