Flaws:
I went over the dress with the drycleaner and the only flaw we could find is one loose button that would hold the optional sleeve. Each sleeve is attached with 4 buttons. The streamers attach with snaps

Alterations
- I made a few alterations to this dress
- I made the streamers detachable
- I added 10 reinforced pickup bustle buttons (all still secured)
- I removed the hoopskirt layer
- I removed the horsehair heavy layer (it was too hot and heavy)
- I shortened the straps slightly so they would not hang too low
- I added in boning in the top to ensure adequate bust support
- I removed the small tulle apron under the front of the dress to allow my stomach area to be flat
