This is a beautiful ivory Maggie Sottoro dress with elegant hand embroidered beading covering the whole of the corseted fitted bodice, which sparkles in the light. The neckline is strapless with a gentle and modest dip in the middle of the front of the bodice rather than being a full sweetheart shape. The dress has ruching all the way round and a train which can be taken up and attached underneath the dress. The dress comes with a circular hoop to go underneath which helps to flair out the lower half of the gown. The ruches or ruffles of gathered fabric create a soft ripple like effect and within each gather extra embroidered beads have been added for more understated sparkle. There is a fitted corset and the dress is elegant, classic and traditional. The condition is pretty much perfect. It was dry cleaned and is carefully stored in acid free tissue paper in a beautiful ivory dress box. I am open to reasonable offers.
