Please compare measurements to your own! On purchase the dress was actually listed as an EU 38, but my normal US size is 0 or 00, which translates to an EU 28/30 per most sizing charts.

Alterations

Dress was slightly altered to my perfect size (a nip in at the waist, slight shortening of the lace underskirt) but nothing too terribly of meaning
Because the top is a corset, there is room for slightly larger measurements! I had it tied entirely closed, so there would be space to tie more loosely
Cups sewn in and I had extra bustle added to the back for plenty of volume — both things easily removable
