Unaltered willowby by watters dress I bought at a sample sale. Its never been worn, but was used as a sample dress hence the price! The skirt is 5 or 6 layers of tulle with a nude color skirt underneath and a chapel length train.
I ended up buying two dresses at the sample sale I went to and had to choose between them. Sad to be giving this one up but I am not going to be using it! Please contact for more photos or info.
