I chose this dress because it was the opposite to what I usually wear! As soon as I put it on I felt like a princess. It came in at the waist and then puffs out which I felt so comfortable in and knew on a long day with eating and drinking I wouldn't become self conscious. I don't particularly like my shoulders (from years of swimming!) so I had a little shrug made by Sassi Holford which was lovely and delicate and just took the harshness of the strapless design away. It has quite a few layers to it and is longer at the back and just felt fab. You can't see any shoes so I wore my bright red cowboy boots underneath and was super comfy all day!
