Stunning Savin London Alika designer wedding dress paired with the statement piece, Madeleine Fig Catrine Bow Sash (from Anthropologie Bridal), creates a dramatic combo.
Extremely unique, gorgeous, flattering, edgy, sexy and forgiving in all the right places.
Wedding was in summer of 2023.
The dress is an A-line gown with fitted crepe top, V-shaped neckline, and airy 3D-floral embroidered tulle skirt. The nude color tulle panels exist for modesty but are almost see through so they don't stand out and create the illusion of bold and deep plunges. The panels hold the chest and side areas in place to achieve the sexy look without risks of wardrobe malfunction. The skirt has a train-loop for easy moving around and can be bustled up with hidden loops and hooks. See video (all the dancing parts were with the bustle).
I wanted more drama and purchased a larger than life bow sash from Madeleine Fig (from Anthropologie Bridal Boutique).
The dress retails for USD 6,000 in the US and the sash is USD 200. Selling for USD 1,000 which includes both. Both the dress and the bow have been professionally cleaned.

Alterations
- The dress was altered for the height of 5'-6" (I'm 5'-4" and wore 2.5" heels and switched to sneakers for dancing)
- The bust is the original size which is about 34"-35"
- Cups have been sewn in and can be removed
- The waist is the original size which is about 28"
- The hip is the original size, the A-line is flexible so probably could fit hips up to 40"+
- I proportionally have a longer torso for my height and I didn't like where the originally waistband fell
- Fabric in the shoulder area was let out which a seamstress can take it back in
- The original waist tie back is it sewn in to create the waist band when worn without a sash
- And I purchased a statement bow from Anthropologie Bridal for a more dramatic look
- I didn't like the original waist tie back
- It was dainty, didn't stay put and was weird when bustled
- I have offered a very fair price taking the alterations and any minor flaws from being worn and cleaned into consideration
