I’m 5’5 and wore 4 inch heels. There’s lots of room for adjustments on the hem.
Alterations were made to include a bustle on the back of the dress and padding for the bust area. The padding can be removed to accommodate bigger cup sizes or band sizes.
Alterations were about $800 which is why the asking price is higher.
Im a 34 B and there was still room in the band and cup area.
