Iconic and timeless, this gorgeous Maeve dress is like a dream. I felt so beautiful wearing it, exactly as you should on your wedding day! The silhouette is very flattering. The volume in the skirt is perfect - not overwhelming as so many ballgown skirts are, and it has a unique shape that gives it a period feel but it remains modern. The exquisite embroidery and subtle blush of the understructure photograph beautifully. It took our breath away when we got the photos back. Simply ethereal.
No alterations were made to the bodice so it it a true ML Bridal size 6, and it it unlined. A French bustle was added for dancing, and it was hemmed to perfection by the experts at Carine's Bridal Atelier in Washington, DC where it was purchased.
It was immediately cleaned by Elegance Preserved Bridal Specialists in San Francisco, CA.
Included in the price is the exquisite ML Willow double layer chapel length veil, because they look so good together it would just be wrong to separate them!
