The Alessandra by Alon Livne is a breathtaking dress bought from Morgan Davies, Islington in April 2024 and worn for my wedding in September 2024. Reminiscent of Dior's 'New Look' - it fits with a couture style, demure, classic and timeless. The tailoring defines a shape which photographs sensationally.
The dress was ordered in split sizing (8 on top, 10 on the bottom) but it arrived huge (by design as Morgan Davies oblige you to have additional tailoring). I had a local professional seamstress recommended by Morgan Davies make the alterations. I'm 5'10 tall and wore a 10cm heel for the wedding. The hem has a 10cm allowance too so plenty of fabric for alternations if needed.
I changed before dancing so actually only wore the dress from 4pm - 10pm. Its in perfect condition having been professionally cleaned.
I'd love to see this beautiful dress grace someone else's happy day.
