This dress is a beautiful satin slip with a chiffon overlay that's heavily beaded all down the bodice. I also purchased a cap sleeve short shirt for just over the bust that I used to transition the dress to the reception (taking off the beaded full overlay and adding the beaded top shirt) as seen in the pictures. In the casual pictures I am a street size 8 but in the wedding photos a street size 10. The dress actually fits a wedding size 12 as that's what I was at the time, but the label says 10. This is honestly the most stunning and high quality dress i tried on despite the other dresses being in the same price range.
