This dress is simple and elegant. It has never been worn, and had never been altered. It is in nearly pristine condition (It is only missing 2 or 3 buttons off the back which I was told cost roughly $.50 each to replace). I purchased it from a boutique that sells dresses directly off the floor but they keep the dresses in excellent shape. It has no scuff or makeup marks.
