The absolute dress of my dreams! Honestly felt the most beautiful and confident I have ever felt in my life.

Davis features a structured bodice, plunging low back and full skirt. Cut from ultra-luxe and luminous duchess satin, a modern icon featuring a skirt split.

FIT: Structured bodice, full skirt. If between sizes, size up.

FABRIC: Duchess satin.

FASTENING: Centre back zip, buttons and loops on bodice.

COLOUR: Bright ivory.

I am a AUS standard size 10 with 10C/D bust and purchased the Size 4 gown. I then had it professionally altered.
I had the bodice taken in 1/4 inch on each side, however the seamstress left extra fabric in case it needed to be let out again depending on my cycle as I can fluctuate depending. I also told her I would be reselling the dress so she left the extra fabric in the seams so it could be easily let back out.

I had the train taken up to fit my height of 164cm, with added heels making me 170cm. There is still excess fabric under the seams if it needed to be lengthened.

This dress has a fitted and corset bodice which supports the bust whilst still being extremely comfortable. The ball gown skirt was super fun and flowy and the added slit up the side allowed me to show a bit of leg when I wanted. The full skirt allows you to wear whatever underwear you want with no no spanks or skims needed, and I could eat and drink all night without worrying about looking bloated.

I did change into a party dress for dancing so I only wore the dress for 5.5 hours and had it professionally dry cleaned and boxed the next day.
