Bought the dress new in a bridal shop in the Netherlands. It is a modified "Vesper"; took of the sleeves because of the delicate fabric; it has beaded spaghetti straps now.
The skirt had a lot of layers wich make it full and sparkly.
It comes with a hoop, but is not a must.
Its dry cleaned and had no stains, i think the upper layer of the skirt needs a few stitches (to secure the perfect fit; 1 every 20 centimeters).
