Some alterations made to the original dress with the removal of some embroidered lace lashes on the chest area, additional mesh added under the arm (so you don't show that little pudge when your arms are down at your side), bra pad inserts (which are easily removable) and a French bustle to tie up the chapel length terrain at the reception.
Dress was professionally cleaned at Wedding Gown Preservation Co in New York. Only one small mark on the very bottom of the dress. If you are shorter then 5'11" with heels you're seamstress will most likely be chopping it off to shorten the dress anyways, but happy to share a picture if need be.
