I was an older bride and bought this from a wedding shop after trying on a lot of dresses that I felt were too young. But when I took this to be altered I decided it was not really what I wanted. I bought it as a shop sample. It has been tried on by brides to be - but not altered or worn at a wedding. The hem is slightly dusty and it has a small make up mark that a dress cleaner said they could remove. It’s not really visible. I was told the dress would be £1,500 to order in new. It’s a stunning dress. With plenty of length - as yet unaltered. The sheer top has skin tone body inside so bra need not be worn and the bodice is very structured.
