This amazing dress can we worn with or without a hoop underneath. I decided against. It is still super sparkly and glittery.
I am 5ft 10 and wore it with a small kitten heal so there is room for a heel or to take it up.
It has a tie up loop underneath to reduce the train for later in the evening.
