This dress is an Anne Barge designer dress. Dress is originally strapless but Anne Barge customized capped sleeves for this dress which can be removed. Dress is lace throughout with some added beading. Dress also has a sash that can be tied around the waste that was custom made to match but is a separate piece so dress can be worn without sash. Dress was professionally cleaned and properly stored since use.
