Alterations

I am 173cm, and needed the skirt taken up. The length of the skirt is still very long as is seen in the photos.
I also had a button added to attach the longer part of the train to the skirt. This button can easily be removed.
I had the button up closure of the top altered to a hook so it was more secure.
