This dress is a Sarah Seven Size 4 top and bottom, unaltered in the hips, taken in very slightly in the bust, straps slightly shortened and tiny bit taken off the length
It also has a gorgeous french bustle that is super easy to setup
I am 5'10" and wore 3.5" heels--the dress was altered to perfectly brush the floor
