-Does have some makeup on it slightly. Not noticeable unless inspected very, very closely.
-The bottom of the dress under the detail is a bit dirty from walking around. Only walked on concrete, gravel, wood floors, and grass. No mud stains. See photo on listing.
-Has not been dry cleaned.
-Smoke free home.

I measure 32 inches bust, but dress appears to be 31

Hips: My hips measure 34 inches, but I did not alter the hip measurements
