Elizabeth Lee Penny dress with customizations. Neckline has been changed to scoop neck, detachable sleeves, and the overskirt is made for the dress. The dress length is great for the reception, no need to bustle. The overskirt is banded, and you can step through or put it over your head. I love the dress but ultimately decided to go with another one that stole my heart. I have only worn the dress a few times at alteration consultations. There are tiny holes from pins placed during the consultation, but I didn't end up going forward with the appointment. Looking forward to selling this to another bride for her special day!
