This dress is absolutely stunning and timeless. I wore this once (for the wedding obviously) and had it professionally cleaned and "preserved" so it looks good as new. Purchased the dress in size 0 and had them minimally alter. For reference, I am:
5'6" (5'8" with heels that I wore to the wedding), 34B bust, side 25 in pants
This dress would be very easy to adjust to your dimensions since it really just needs to fit from the waist up (goes out at the hips).
