This dress is an A-line but when you hold it out or spin has a ballgown like look. It has a beautiful flattering built-in corset.

I'm generally 5'6", 150ish lbs, US size 8, 36 D (but I wore a sticky boob lift inserts with the dress at the wedding). The dress provides significant breast support through the built-in corset.

The dress fits a fairly wide array of sizes. I fluctuated between 145 lbs and 155 lbs through my 2 year engagement and the dress always fit because the built-in corset allows for so much customization and the bottom of the dress is flowy and generous. The dress is so flattering on hourglass figures and pear shapes and it made me feel the best I have ever felt by accentuating my top and minimizing my bottom half.

The dress has spaghetti straps but I kept them tucked into the bust because I preferred the strapless look. The straps are still attached to the dress (I wanted the option to put on the straps while dancing but the dress stayed on just fine without using the straps).

I had a custom bustle built into the dress and the bustle worked great and I was able to dance the night away without tripping at all. The dress was amazingly comfortable for dancing.
